Bihar Mausam Seva Kendra Society has been formed by the Planning & Development Department at the state level for the establishment and operation of Bihar Mausam Seva Kendra. For integration, analysis, interpretation, publication and weather forecasting of data received from the Automatic Weather Station (AWS) and Automatic Rain Gauge (ARG), Bihar Mausam Seva Kendra Society needs the services of Scientist and other Technical staffs. Education Qualification
For Joint Director (Technical) Post: MSc or MTech in Earth Science/ Meteorology/ Climatology/ Atmospheric Science with Ph.D. in the relevant field.10 years of working/research experience.
For Senior Scientific Officer Post: MSc or MTech in Geology/Geophysics with PhD in relevant field. 8-10 years of working/ research experience.
For Senior Scientific Officer (Senior Scientist) (Hydro- Meteorological) Post:
MSc or MTech in Meteorology/ Climatology/ Hydrology/ Hydrogeology with PhD in relevant field. 8-10 years of working/ research experience
For Scientific Officer (Scientist) Post: MSc or MTech Relevant Post
For Junior Scientific Officer Post: BSc or BTech in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ or Polytechnic In Computer Science/ Instrumentation Science.
For Senior Scientific Assistant/ Technical Assistant Post: BCA, Diploma in Computer Science PGDCA, PGDCM, Certified Network Admin Professionals.
For Field/ Technical/ Scientific Post: BSc (Meteorology/ Geology/ Physic or BTech in Computer Science Electronics with 3 year work experience.
Pay Scale
Salary: Rs. 75,000/- per Month
